Mind, Body and Soul Reconnection for Adults
This Virtual healing circle begins with a guided meditation to land our energy and reconnect to our hearts. Each participant has an opportunity to share their experience as well as anything that might be on their heart/mind from the previous group. Each week I will introduce different tools to help reduce anxiety and increase joy and creativity. Some activities might include free form writing, movement, mindfulness meditation, guided visualizations, and group energy clearings. When your Mind, Body and Soul are Reconnected you make choices that are guided by your deepest knowing; you experience more satisfaction in your life.

Om for Teens
Through weekly breath work and mindfulness practices, teens will learn how to manage their stress and anxiety. Meditation creates a space between thoughts and feelings. By noticing a bad mood before it gets out of control, teens can consciously navigate their emotional landscape and choose a healthier response. Meditation reduces stress and strengthens the immune system. It can improve relationships at home and at school. Even more importantly, meditative and relaxation practices may support a teen’s development into a self-confident individual, enhancing his or her ability to live and act with self-awareness, inner peace and compassion.
