I have experience working with adults, teenagers, and families with different issues like stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions and trauma. I have worked extensively with adults and athletes suffering from a wide range of issues such as performance anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, depression, psychosis and PTSD.
