My role as your therapist is to create a safe, welcoming space where healing can unfold. Blending talk therapy with art therapy, I help you process emotions, explore new perspectives, and tap into resilience. Fluent in English and Spanish, I work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds throughout Colorado.
I guide clients with a trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and present-centered approach. Together, we slow down, notice patterns, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. Through talk, art, and mindfulness, I help you move toward healing and lasting change.
