I work with young adults and adults on a broad range of issues including navigating ADHD/ADD, life transitions, depression, anxiety, traumas, relationship challenges, and chronic health conditions. As a first-generation, Latina therapist I’m especially passionate about supporting other first-gen and BIPOC clients unpack the weight of cultural expectations.
My approach is collaborative, blending modalities like Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, family systems, and somatic-based approaches. I pay attention not just to thoughts and emotions, but also to how our bodies hold stress and memories. Therapy with me is honest, sometimes humorous, and always rooted in curiosity and empathy.
