I understand that it takes much strength to seek out assistance when needed. I believe we are not made to live in isolation, and we do best when we are part of a community. By recognizing the events that have formed us in life, we can learn from them and become a better version of ourselves.
I am a mother of 4 adult children. I have 14 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families addressing a wide variety of issues. One of my passions is helping people learn, grow and heal from trauma and depression / depressive thoughts.
I am easy to talk to & enjoy being part of the change process. I build a relationship and truly care about the issues and stories each individual presents to me. I am honest and open with others and enjoy sharing a frank and honest perspective on issues.
