About
“We are all just walking each other home.” -Ram Dass. I am a firm believer that with the right supports at our fingertips we can weather almost anything. For this reason, it is important to me that I provide a safe space where you and I partner together, to understand your journey and work toward getting you the tools you need to become your best self. I value ensuring that we are a great fit for one another and prioritize listening, seeking to understand, building rapport and establishing emotional safety in our therapeutic alliance before taking action. We are a team, when we work together you transform and heal powerfully
I am an Empowerment Based LCSW and a Dual Degree graduate of the University of Denver. I am also a mother, partner, advocate/servant leader and Denver Native. My approach to therapy is solution focused, client centered and mindfulness oriented. I am also skilled in Narrative, Trauma , CBT, CPT, Multicultural/Culturally Sensitive, Coaching, and MI.
I am passionate about helping others through counseling and hearing their stories. In fact, it is because I have experienced life events including but not limited to homelessness, Interpersonal traumas/Abuse, stress, chronic illness, etc—that I enjoy helping Career Women and High Impact Professionals learn about themselves, grow and bounce back .
