I enjoy working with people who are interested in exploring their story. Often we face struggle and trauma in our life that cause us to behave in certain ways. My clients are often asking themselves why they behave in a certain way even if it is not working for them. They are curious about how past hurts and struggles may still be impacting them to this day.

My professional orientation is very eclectic. I combine a Jungian philosophy with CBT and DBT interventions with a client centered approach that involves a caring and insightful focus on self, others and community. My intention is to collaborate fully with each individual and to assist him or her in changing the trajectory of his or her life in a positive way. I view self discovery as an essential part of our unfolding experience together and value our time together. Leticia Holleman, LICSW, is a licensed independent social worker, as well as a Counseling Psychology (Psy.D.) doctoral student at NW University in Kirkland in her fourth year of training. She earned her Bachelor of Social Science degree from University of Maryland in 2009 and worked at the Seattle Children’s Research Institute, focused on treatment models to support adolescents struggling with depression, addiction, and obesity. Ashley Turner, MSW, LICSW, SUDP-T, is a Clinical Psychology PsyD doctoral student at Antioch University Seattle. She is in her third year of training, which includes enhancing one’s understanding of clinical evidence-based interventions and competency in psychological assessments. Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Williams College and a certificate in addiction counseling from Spokane Falls Community College. Hello! I am Rachel, an individual and family therapist and licensed independent clinical social worker. I work with teens and adults, offering both individual and family therapy. I specialize in working with clients who have anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, autism, and depression. I also support clients experiencing phobias, OCD, grief/loss, and trauma.
