After 22 years of experience in mental health and wellness, first as a community mental health counselor and now as a psychologist, I have adopted an integrative approach to mental health, one that utilizes our tools of assessment to clearly identify your strengths, followed by the development of an individualized plan to include various modalities to help you reach your optimal potential.

I currently offer individual therapy to address mood disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders and other issues related to behavioral health, stress, and grief. I am experienced in both individual and group crisis counseling and offer relationship, and family therapy. I am working on offering several therapeutic groups including a support/educational group for parents of behaviorally challenged children, a sexual assault group and a homicide support group for surviving family members. In home counseling for agoraphobic situations are available.

In individual counseling, I am used to seeing common disruptions caused by anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, autism, OCD, and ADHD. I find my work with couples to be particularly rewarding when they can work together towards shared goals and repair a partnership that was once on the brink of fallout.
