I see therapy as an investment in yourself that can help with existing problems and lead to opportunities for the future.
Areas of focus include the following: anxiety/panic attacks; relationships; self-esteem; sexual issues; work/career; identity issues; and life transitions (i.e. career change, coming out, mid-life crisis, retirement, and loss)
Flexible scheduling arrangements and late evening sessions are available for people who work erratic hours (i.e. film industry, shiftwork).
