We move beyond surface symptoms to address the deeper emotional patterns driving distress, specializing in research-based, attachment-centered frameworks including EFT, EMDR, and ART. We integrate depth-oriented therapy to help you navigate deep life transitions, reclaim your agency, and explore who you want to be.

You may be resistant to the idea of therapy or “talking about it,” but you’re here because you know something could be better. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, supportive space as we work together to build emotional and relationship resiliency. My aim is to help identify and break negative cycles while fostering lasting change beyond therapy sessions. I have a passion for working with couples, first responders, active military or veterans, relationship loss/divorce, and trauma/PTSD.

I am passionate about helping clients who struggle with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and other behavioral and mental health issues. It is very rewarding to witness lives change when clients gain insight into their behavior patterns and develop healthy coping skills and self-esteem, so that they can enjoy a happy, fulfilling life. I enjoy helping people through this process and encouraging them to take small risks in order to achieve their life goals.
