I specialize in individual therapy, couples counseling, parent coaching and parent/child bonding and attachment. It is my priority to provide a neuro affirming therapeutic space to all individuals and families. The experiences that we carry from childhood and past relationships, continue to impact our ability to trust, authentically express our feelings, parent effectively and have the intimate closeness that we crave.
Together we will explore tools to authentically communicate and deepen your intimate connections. I provide therapy to individuals, couples and children. Parent coaching is available to support your child to decrease tantrums and aggression and express their emotions and needs in a way that brings harmony to the whole family.
