I help parents and caregivers seeking a better relationship with their 3 to 12-year-old children. While working to help children learn to manage their emotions, I include parents/caregivers to help them understand their child's behaviors. Understanding why your child behaves in a certain way will allow you to respond to them in a more attuned, empathetic, and responsive way.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years of experience. I began my private practice in 2006 in Venezuela, working as a Child Psychologist. I formed Rainier View Counseling in 2021 after relocating to Olympia, Washington.

We'll work together and I will facilitate the session based on my studies in Gestalt Therapy, play therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
