I combine a variety of approaches to meet the needs of each person, using discussion, body-oriented techniques, and guided imagery. I have over 20 years of counseling experience and extensive training in the Traditional Psychiatric Model as well as Psychosynthesis, Intenergetics, Craniosacral Therapy, Pathwork/Corework and Somatic Experiencing.
My special areas of interest are: life transitions, loss and mourning, sexuality, intimate relationships, anxiety and stress management, depression, life coaching, spirituality. My relationship counseling is inspired by the work of David Deida, which helps couples find balance and positive chemistry through embracing the polarity between genders.
