I provide an accepting and compassionate space where clients can explore issues that may be keeping them from living the lives they want. Depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, life-transitions, and grief are some of the concerns clients bring to our sessions. We all have the capacity to heal and sometimes simply need the support of another along the way. Sessions are collaborative and individualized, working together to achieve the goals you bring to therapy.
There will always be challenging times in life, but as we gain the resources and knowledge to reconnect with our inner wisdom and experience trust and safety within ourselves, transformation and empowerment take place. We're then able to navigate life with more confidence, joy, and ease.
My approach in supporting others has been influenced by my own healing journey over the years. This includes a variety of modalities I’ve experienced along the way and have woven into my professional work and training. I'm always honored to walk with others on their own healing path, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to show up for this work.
