My focus is to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety while building confidence and emotional stability. I support clients facing trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, and relationship challenges, working collaboratively to help them move beyond fear, stress, and overwhelming emotions. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships.
I tailor treatment to each individual’s goals and values, focusing on meaningful progress, resilience, and lasting emotional wellness.
