Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a process through which we can be curious about all our parts without judgment or reactivity. We can explore how our past informs our present and why we may be stuck in the cycle we're in. It is through the therapeutic relationship that we can become more integrated in our experience and create a more cohesive sense of self.
I offer long-term talk therapy for individuals, couples m, and families as well as psychoanalytically oriented play therapy.
