About
My ideal client is a child, teen, or adult, who is experiencing depression, grief, problems adjusting, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral problems, or race-based trauma. You are likely feeling alone, sad, hopeless, angry, stressed, emotionally drained, misunderstood, or desperate. You may sometimes feel as if people are not hearing or validating your feelings. You want to learn how to express your feelings without being angry or sad. You want to learn how to take care of yourself without the burden of other people's expectations. You want to learn how to care for your emotional health through the use of boundaries.
I can help you as we work together to develop a plan to improve your current functioning. During this process, I will validate your experiences, feelings, and voice. Together we will develop new ways for you to cope, as you learn who you are and how to get through this period.
Our time together will be a safe space for you to explore and challenge yourself as you begin to grow and heal. This change will not come without you taking the first step and believing you deserve to be the best you.
