As an immigrant Latina, bilingual trauma-focused therapist, I understand that healing is shaped by more than just the individual. I welcome BIPOC, Latine, immigrant, LGBTQ+ clients, and community advocates who want to explore trauma, family patterns, culture, identity, spirituality, and relationships. I’m honored to support couples and adults (16+) who may be feeling disconnected from themselves or others, struggling with communication, healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, exploring identity, or carrying the stress of cultural and systemic experiences.
As a feminist, multicultural, and trauma-informed therapist, I believe that what we experience is shaped not only by our individual stories, but also by our relationships, culture, communities, and the systems we live in. I take a decolonial approach to therapy, which means I don’t believe there is one “right” way to heal or be well.
