Whatever you're struggling with, it can be really helpful to have someone by your side to figure it out. Together we can bring awareness to your patterns, emotional experience, and relational issues in order to give you more agency and empowerment. That is what therapy is to me- I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I am there to support you. My ideal client is anyone who is motivated to explore their inner world and connect to their sense of self through depth work and creative means. My specialties include working with queer folxs and teens. I offer conjoint therapy for monogamous and polyamorous relationships.
I like to work with an integrative approach, using a variety of techniques depending on your style and your needs. This includes parts work, art therapy, psychodynamics, mindfulness, and brainspotting - all from a trauma-informed, social justice, and depth orientation. I like to work with all kinds of people and identities.
In order to create a sense of trust and safety, I like to disclose some of my identities: queer, feminist, white, latina, and cisgender woman. Two important values of mine are providing anti-racist and trans-affirmative care.
