I work with people of all ages, including children and adolescents and their families, adults and especially college age young adults. Life can be difficult, overwhelming and challenging no matter what age you are. Parents often need help with their child or adolescent who may be struggling in school, or at home with their families, or in social situations. People of all ages who are neurodivergent or on the austism spectrum (and their family members) may need guidance and support from a therapist.
If you or your child feel anxious, depressed, unfocused and need help with any problem, with over 35 years experience as a therapist, we can work together to figure it out. We can work on trauma, anxiety, panic, OCD and phobias. If you are struggling with your gender identity or sexual orientation, we can work towards a better understanding of yourself.
I am also licensed to meet on-line with college students from NY who attend school in Mass. and NJ and students from those states who attend school in NY state.
