I especially enjoy working with late-identified neurodivergent adults, addressing concerns with relationships, self-esteem, and identity - as these concerns frequently coexist with autism, ADHD and OCD. Topics that often come up when I work with clients include: identifying unmet needs, challenging perfectionist mindsets, redefining how you see yourself, and exploring alternative strategies for getting your needs met.

Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana. Although I have been employed in a variety of social work positions over the years, doing clinical work with individuals, couples, and families has always been my passion. In addition, they provide social connection, clear rules and expectations, opportunities to try on new roles and identities, and immersive narratives that allow us to explore (or escape) ourselves and the world around us.

My background in teaching also makes me especially suited for working with children using sand play, games, and art in addition to traditional talk therapy. I have been working in the addictions/mental field for 4 years, with a focus on serving those recovering from substance use disorders.
