Whether in person or virtually, together, we’ll create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore life’s challenges, whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or navigating a major life transition you do not have to face these challenges alone.
Have you ever felt like words just aren't enough to express what you're going through? In my office, I offer a space where you can explore your emotions through either conversation or creative expression (or both!). Art therapy can be especially powerful for those moments when words fall short. Through creative outlets like drawing or painting, you can process emotions in a way that feels freeing and natural, often leading to deeper understanding of yourself and the challenges at hand. Whether through traditional talk therapy or the healing power of art, we will work together to uncover insights and guide your personal growth.

My focus is on providing a therapeutic space for individuals and families who wish to address depression, anxiety, anger or other emotional needs. As a therapist, I understand that it can be a hard road to healing. Accepting a little help along the way should not be seen as a sign of weakness, but rather a step toward a greater you!

One of the staples of life is change. Change can be viewed as a positive or in a not-so-positive manner. Change affects us not only in relation to events but in how we perceive each other. For over 32 years, I have walked alongside individuals and families through change. Change pulls at the core of who we are and often in this tug-of-war, we find ourselves frustrated, lost, feeling helpless and with major questions. Let's journey through these questions together.

It is easy to call me a therapist, but I see myself more as an advocate. Each one of us has dealt with a challenge, a change in life; some known, some unexpected. Regardless of the situation, having support, is critical. I can be a listener when you just want to vent or a sounding board and thought partner when you need to process. Through Motivational Interviewing and Solutions-based Therapy, I am here to provide the support you need by creating a safe space to develop empowerment and independence. Together, we will find solutions and healthy ways to cope with life’s changes and challenges.

Day and evening appointments available via telehealth and in-person.
Therapy is only as effective as the relationship you have with your therapist. Healing happens through connection—not credentials alone. Being a sex therapist is an act of rebellion in itself. Sexual concerns are still surrounded by stigma, silence, and shame, and choosing to talk about them takes real courage. If you’re here, you’re already doing something brave. Rebels welcome. Shame not invited. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore “hush-hush” topics openly and make the uncomfortable feel more comfortable.
