I welcome people from all walks of life in my practice. During our therapy sessions I offer my clients the space and the time to explore, define and gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships to others and to the world. Turning difficult feelings into words, or into play, in the case of children and perhaps some adults, helps making meaning of human experience. This is the best way to take control of strong emotions, instead of them controlling us.
Working with children has given me great insight into people's struggles at any age. I have extensive experience and enjoy helping parents navigate the challenges of raising children, and also work directly with children of all ages. I enjoy working with adults facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship, and identity issues.
