Dr. Viktor E. Frankl's words, "In some ways suffering ceases to be suffering at the moment it finds a meaning, such as the meaning of a sacrifice." embodies much of how I approach each of my clients: to help each of them find meaning and purpose through that which brings them to my office. Whether I am counseling a struggling married couple, an adolescent dealing with depression, or someone experiencing chronic mental illness, I feel that each individual can become whole if they are able to embrace, accept and transform their suffering.
Formally trained and licensed in mental health counselling, my experience ranges across this field. I've worked in an Autism clinic, in both residential and outpatient services, as well as home-based therapy and have experience with all age groups.
My work is my passion and I truly love what I do. As trite as this may sound, this clearly articulates my desire to excel as a therapist. Mental health and counseling is my calling in life, and I strive to provide the best possible services to my clients.
