Do you find yourself caught in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional shutdown- as if the past is still playing out in the present? Does it feel difficult to be fully present in your own life right now? Are stressful situations becoming harder to manage, leaving you feeling exhausted, disconnected or stuck? Maybe you are ready to stop overthinking, to feel safe in your relationships, to be less reactive and more engaged— but unsure how to begin. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone. Trauma can shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. But healing is possible — and it doesn't have to be done alone.

As your therapist, we will process anxiety, depression, past traumas, reroute negative behaviors, & learn how lived experiences impact the way you view the world currently. My clients often seek therapy because they are wanting to uncover the meanings behind their emotions; together, we are often able to uncover the meaning behind these emotions by better understanding past traumas encountered. Only then, can we replace negative behaviors that have stemmed from these traumas, together. I provide a safe & genuine space for LGBTQ clients & practice from an inclusive & client-centered perspective.

Teens and young adults often come to me when life feels overwhelming, relationships feel complicated, or emotions feel hard to manage. I’ve always felt drawn to this age group—first as a high school teacher, then as a parent, and now as a counselor. I admire their spirit and resilience, and I know how much they need a safe space where they feel valued, accepted, and supported. In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, encouraging space where we explore what’s going on, laugh together, and build tools to help you face challenges with confidence.

It takes courage to make that first phone call to establish a therapy session and it takes even more courage to meet that therapist being vulnerable in discussing your concerns in this life. My goal when I meet every client is to support them in discovering how to make this life worth living. Many individuals go through life just coasting day by day trying to get by minute by minute. While I can not give you a magical solution to take care of all of life's problems, I can be there for you, listen to you and guide you towards living the best life you can live for you and your family.

I am an LCSW, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and queer, anxious, ADHD-er, supporting clients since 2022. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of support in this season of life, having a space where you can feel seen and heard can make all the difference. I work with folks with life transitions, relationship issues (including ENM), and specialize in treating difficulties informed by neurodivergence, anxiety, and mania. Your goals and autonomy are always at the forefront of therapy. My approach to therapy is relaxed and collaborative, while also helping you gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you.
