About
Making the decision to seek help can often be hard, but it can also be rewarding. I'm a Christian clinician offering a safe and healing space. I honor change as lifes true constant. Every person will experience life challenges in their own unique way. Sometimes life changes cause conflicts and struggles that can be difficult to work through on your own. Struggling with emotional, mental health concerns, spirituality or health issues can cause feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. I am committed to work with you as you develop positive coping skills to make healthy life changes. Using skills such as EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT and IFS.
I specialize in trauma and interpersonal violence. I partner with individuals who may be working through depression, anxiety, child abuse, divorce and blended families, work/school balance, family of origin issues, relationship problems, life transitions, personality struggles, self-injurious and compulsive behaviors, and persistent mental health concerns.
My goal is to work with the whole person; spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. I use techniques that will help you learn new skills and strengthen current skills to work through life stressors. I strive to create a collaborative, warm, and comforting environment for the empowerment of you. Teletherapy services offered in IA, IN, OH, MI, SC, TN.
