About
Ever feel like you're stuck? Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. Maybe your relationships or job have been affected. Or maybe you don't know what's wrong, you just don't feel like yourself. You're not alone! Many people struggle or reach a point where they don't know what to do to feel better. I have a passion for helping others overcome the barriers that prevent them from living life to the fullest. We can work together to identify what you want to change and how to do it.
Since completing my Master's in 2008, I have worked in mental health and addictions with a wide range of clients. I use different approaches based on what works best for you, including CBT, relapse prevention, GLBT affirmative therapy, and DBT-informed treatment. I am EMDR certified by EMDRIA.
Located near 96th Street and Keystone Avenue on the north side of Indianapolis, my quiet, private office provides a comfortable, confidential, and supportive environment where you can share about yourself and your experiences. Call or email today for an appointment!
