She is skilled in working with individuals of all ages, with varying backgrounds, and mental health abilities. Tracy is also skilled in leading groups. She has extensive experience working with clients experiencing school problems, anxiety, anger, familial conflict, couples conflict, family therapy, self-esteem, trauma, bereavement, depression, and parenting issues. Tracy enjoys clients that are open to innovative techniques such as hypnosis, NLP, tapping, and meditation.
