As a mental health counselor and life coach, I will be your accountability partner, who can help you assess your past, gain clarity for your future, assist in making an action plan, and troubleshoot the pitfalls along the way. I will work with you on managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, finances, career development, time management, and more. I am able to meet with you in person at my office, or online. I am trained in EMDR, and other therapies, and find this helps with many of life's issues.
