About
I have worked with both adolescents and adults struggling with addictions, anxiety, and depression. I work with individuals 4 and up, into adulthood, helping them work through some of the pressures facing our community today. I have a passion to serve families with a strengths-based approach that improves the way families function as a unit and interact with the greater community. There is not a one-size-fits-all solution to improving an individual's mental health. I understand the importance of meeting someone where they are at in this process, to address their needs and build resiliency for the future.
My background in social work fosters a feeling of understanding and empowerment to overcome personal challenges. With training in collaborative family and divorce coaching, I am equipped to assist individuals and families in prioritizing concerns, resolving conflict, and developing improved communication skills.
Have you not felt like yourself lately? Have you been struggling with feelings of stress or anxiety? I understand making the first step to get help can be challenging. There rarely feels like a right time, but I am here to help work with you on facing those challenges. Reach out today and get started towards a healthier, happier life.
