About
There are many reasons that people decide to seek counseling. Everyone experiences change, loss, life transitions, and challenges at some time in their lives; however, navigating our thoughts and feelings can become overwhelming to try and address alone. Therapy can provide a supportive environment that is safe, nonjudgemental, and accepting.
I specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety, life adjustment, thought disorders, mood disorders, grief and loss, and relationship issues. Identifying strengths, increasing insight, and developing skills are incorporated during the counseling process to promote growth and well-being.
My approach to therapy is client centered and strength based. Through a collaborative process of support and encouragement, I believe that clients are empowered to be a part of their own growth and healing. I look forward to working with you on your personal journey.
