I have a unique understanding of racial traumas, college life struggles, and coping with low self-esteem. It is my mission to create a space for everyone to feel comfortable. I understand it can be difficult to feel certain about talking to someone, but I am committed to providing a supportive environment. Gender, race, ethnicity, and sexuality should not be a barrier to getting compassionate care.

"Just do what you can today." It can be as simple as getting out of bed or brushing your teeth. Your “best” each day is going to look different and that is okay. Reward yourself for the accomplishments you did, no matter how big or small. YOU are the main character to your story and no matter how you narrate it, I would be honored to walk alongside you in achieving your goals!

"Obstacles don’t have to stop you if you run into a wall. Don’t turn around and give up, figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” Every person has the ability to reach beyond the limits of what is possible, and we only reach these limits by working through them until we go beyond them into the impossible. Each step we take can move us towards achieving those goals.

Self Esteem Therapists
Self-esteem lives on a spectrum: Not enough self-regard (or low self esteem) can lead people to become depressed, or to tolerate abusive situations and relationships. Too much self-love (or high self-esteem), results in an off-putting sense of entitlement and an inability to learn from failure. And it's occasionally a sign of clinical narcissism. Quite the opposite of being shy or shyness, yet still on the same spectrum.
