When you experience either depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for your life to unravel or feel a sense of loss of control. Today more than ever before, due to the pandemic, people are struggling with mental health and wellness. Ignoring your mental health needs can have a negative impact on your personal relationships, physical health, and increase the risk of injury and/or disease.
