My focus is to help find solutions for the concerns you bring to counseling. As a licensed marriage & family therapist, I work with couples & individuals. I utilize solution-focused techniques to build hope & create change. I also work from a systemic approach to improve relationships. I have been trained as a Professional Christian counselor & can include those services upon request. However, I respect those who do not desire to include a spiritual component.
