Are you in a relationship that is bringing you down? Do you feel stuck and don’t know what to do for the best? Perhaps you’re not currently in a relationship, but you want to be. You may have a history of dysfunctional relationships and are ready to break the pattern. My role is to help you to uncover potential reasons for struggles and breakdowns in relationships. It can be tough to look so closely at our experiences and the associated feelings. At the same time, it can be one of the most beneficial things that we can do for ourselves.
I specialize in understanding the dynamics involved in unhealthy relationships and the components required for healthy relationships. I work with individuals and couples. We can address issues such as Communication, Arguments, Trust, Respect, Needs, Wishes, Feelings, and Thoughts.
Originally trained as a Psychotherapist in London, England, I've been working in this field since 2004. My principal goals in our therapy sessions are: Together, to explore your past and present; to provide emotional support; and to facilitate the arrival of insight in relation to 'life in your shoes', so that you gain ideas for how to best move forward.

He cheated on you! Now what?! This is a support group for women whose male partner, (husband or boyfriend), has been unfaithful. This is a new group. It'll begin as soon as we have enough participants. We'll meet once a week, with these goals in mind: Sharing individual stories; expressing thoughts and feelings on the topic of infidelity and on one's personal experiences; and identifying possible 'red flags' to watch out for in the future. Experiencing betrayal in the form of infidelity is painful and traumatic. This group offers an opportunity to voice your thoughts and feelings.
