I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained to provide psychological assessment and therapy for individuals struggling with chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, neurocognitive impairment, learning disabilities, eating disorders, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I utilize empirically-supported testing and clinical interviewing techniques to provide thorough psychological assessments and differential diagnoses. My treatment approach is grounded in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I use evidence-based mindfulness exercises, cognitive-behavior therapy, and biofeedback training to help clients gain increasing awareness of their vulnerabilities and strengths. Clients change by learning to monitor and redirect dysfunctional thoughts before they manifest into undesirable behavior.

Amanda L. Harmon, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor. She graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a MA in Counseling, specializing in the fields of mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy. Amanda is a certified Mental Health Specialist and Child Mental Health Specialist, and has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on Trauma Focused-CBT and childhood traumatic grief through Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress.

Change, though necessary and unavoidable, is never easy. Ashley Turner, MSW, LICSW, SUDP-T, is a Clinical Psychology PsyD doctoral student at Antioch University Seattle. She is in her third year of training, which includes enhancing one’s understanding of clinical evidence-based interventions and competency in psychological assessments. Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Williams College and a certificate in addiction counseling from Spokane Falls Community College. Ashley received a Master of Arts in Social Work and a certificate in trauma from Boston College. Ashley has experience working in outpatient facilities, hospitals, and colleges.
