I am trained in goal directed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as more in- depth existential psychodynamic analysis that focus on how both current and past experience influences patterns of behavior.

I have graduate training at NYU, Hunter as well as post graduate study in Relational Psychodynamic Psychoanalytic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and hold certificates in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR, while integrating these with many other approaches such as: Mindfulness, Attachment theory, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Family Systems.

I completed my graduate work at New York University and The William Alanson White Institute for Psychoanalysis. I practice interpersonal psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
