I am an Expressive Arts Therapist offering individual counseling for anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, & life transitions. I integrate tools of art and creativity, with mindfulness & yoga, Internal Family Systems, polyvagal theory, DBT, and cognitive processing, rooted in a social justice lense. The arts offer us opportunities to shift perspectives, increase insights, and build a new relationship with ourselves and the challenges we face. Through creativity and art as alternate means of communication, we can embody, ground, and heal.
In my practice I approach clients from a humanist and holistic perspective, centering your voice and the intersectional realities that impact your sense of self and your relationship with the world around you.
