I am a certified professional coach, speaker, educator, and co-Founder of ImpactADHD.com, an online resource for parents of kids with ADHD/ADD and other "complex" issues such as Anxiety and Dyslexia. I help parents radically improve their personal and family life by gaining new skills, increasing confidence, and bringing a "coach approach" to parent management.
I received my Masters degree from the University of Michigan, and my coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I live in Atlanta with my two children, where I am committed to living a conscious, balanced and joy-filled life, helping other parents do the same.
