In our years of experience in practice, we have worked with people from all walks of life & with all populations, we work with individuals, couples, & members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people from ages 18-80 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, we have also worked with the military community & people that have experienced PTSD, DV and Substance use.
We start with an introductory session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable while opening up about your situation, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions to make your goals a reality.
