My clients typically want to work on changing emotions, thoughts, or behaviors that are causing them problems or taking the joy out of life. Concerns relate to negative feelings about themselves, relationship challenges, or problematic patterns, regardless of diagnosis. Clients can be individuals or families seeking more cohesion or to address specific problems. My experience allows me to work with all ages, from as young as 2 years old to teens, young adults, established adults, and families.
With adults, I use a combination of experiential therapies (IFS, AEDP, Coherence Therapy) that address the core of emotional challenges and things that keep us blocked from enjoying life. With adolescents and their parents, I tend to use more attachment-based therapies. For parents with children ages 2-7, I use Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
My goal in life is to bring more joy and make life much more worth living!
