I love the helping process, and I am here to learn about you – your wisdom, your creativity, and the ways that you have coped with challenges in the past. During our time together, we will explore the experiences you have had in an attempt to bring awareness to things that are working well and things that you would like to change. Maybe you have struggled with self-esteem and fear being judged by others. Perhaps you’re dealing with changes in your life, taking on a new career, entering a new relationship, or navigating parenthood – transitions that all can bring both joy and stress.
I work with adults and teens to address current challenges and guide you into a healing space. For caregivers looking for support with their child, I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, which helps caregivers reinforce a close, positive relationship with their child while setting limits and increasing compliance.
Whatever your reasons for getting started, I look forward to the opportunity to participate in the exploration and growth that occurs as you make progress in your pursuit of wellness. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, including how to get started.
