I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping adults navigate the challenges of anxiety, relationship issues, and women issues. My work focuses on creating a compassionate and understanding space where you can process your feelings and begin to heal at your own pace. I use solution-focused therapy to support clients through life transitions
The therapeutic approaches I use are Solution-Focused Therapy, Grief and Loss Therapy, and Strengths-based therapy. I welcome all Clients that are adults, elderly, as well as couples.
