Hello! In the past decade, I have worked extensively with adults struggling with mental illnesses, substance use problems, and complex emotional challenges. My practice focuses on helping individuals, couples, families, and children from diverse cultural backgrounds strengthen personal and interpersonal relationships, navigate grief and loss, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from trauma. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to empowering clients to make autonomous, meaningful decisions. I strive to support their journey toward recovery, greater well-being, and enhanced performance in work, school, and everyday life.
My clinical work has involved providing individualized care, fostering resilience, and supporting long-term recovery. Through this experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and strengths of each client, tailoring my therapeutic approach to meet them with empathy and effectiveness.
I believe that human love and the authenticity of the therapist are the two essential elements that shape a meaningful therapeutic relationship and help clients uncover their true potentials.
