I help kids, teens, and adults reconnect to their natural state of clarity and calm. Using brainspotting, Mindfulness, and a Total Health approach, I support healing from anxiety, trauma, and burnout. You’ll feel seen, not judged, learning to make aligned choices rooted in your values, not fear.
