My therapy style is both unique and practical. I combine various techniques with a cognitive, direct, and nurturing approach to help people accept distressing thoughts, emotions, and urges without acting on them. Building a solid and healthy relationship with my clients is crucial. Together, we can work towards a happier and more fulfilling life.
