I plan on taking an awareness-based approach. I want to build your awareness so you can make more informed decisions. I want to co-create an environment that allows you to bring your whole self to therapy so that you can heal and grow.
I plan on being honest and up front with you, while doing so in a caring way. Raised by a Taiwanese parent and a Jewish parent, I am familiar with walking the walk of a third culture individual. I enjoy getting in touch with the parts of us that feel incomplete or stagnant and I understand that therapy can work in a nonlinear way.
I have a passion for examining the things in our past, in our lives, and in our society; and further understand how they came to be, why they are the way they are today, and explore the relationship we are wanting to have as individuals with a relationship to the world. I also believe in life’s hidden energies.
