We will explore strengths and develop skills for you to decrease discomfort and disturbances from trauma, grief, physical and sexual assault, anxiety, depression, disordered mood or thoughts. I will provide a space for compassion and empowerment to navigate a different path.
Practicing for a decade with EMDR, specializing in techniques for dissociation, neurobiological foundations and pain, to somatic experiences and polyvagal informed practices, as well as cognitive and dialectic behavioral therapy, a combination of these practices, along with healthy intuition are a path to emotional and physical health and well being.
