I enjoy building relationships with children, adolescents, and adults to help them manage their emotions and to give them voice. Creating a space of unconditional respect and acceptance, I strengthen children and their parents to do the work of therapy. I work with children ages 3 -18 and their parents on attachment, trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. I am passionate about facilitating connection among family members to create an environment where children grow and thrive, and their parents feel competent and effective. I also work with adults.
I am a Registered Play Therapist and a TBRI Practitioner. I am also trained in and utilize Attachment Theory, Trauma-Informed, Family Systems Theory, IFS, EMDR, Theraplay and Gottman Therapy to assist children and their families and adults in working through their struggles and attaining stronger connections with each other.
