THRIVE – Teens Honoring Resilience and Independence in Versatile Experiences is a 10-week group therapy for 15–18-year-olds focusing on stress management. This group will teach evidence-based approaches to reducing stress, understanding self-care, creating an individual plan for self-care, identifying solutions for conflicts, and enjoying fun, stress relieving activities.

Arches: Support Group for Caregivers, WINTER 2024
ARCHES – Aiding Responsible and Compassionate Helpers with Empowerment and Support is an 8-week therapeutic support group for adults who are responsible for the caretaking of a family member suffering from physical or mental illness. This group will offer a supportive community of individuals experiencing the same family-based role of ‘caregiver’, while understanding and navigating the emotional difficulties of this role, as well as providing support. Evidenced-based stress management skills, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) will be taught and practiced each session to help reduce stress and improve overall coping through a difficult role.
